Refund Policy

Free trial as your evaluation period

Quantixr (operated by Quantrix Pty Ltd) offers a free trial on paid plans so reviewers can fully evaluate the platform — including submission, scoring, results, and Risk Monitor — before any charge is made. We strongly encourage you to complete your evaluation during the trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

14-day refund window

If you are charged for a subscription and decide Quantixr is not the right fit, you may request a full refund of that charge within 14 days of the charge date. Refunds outside the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis where billing errors or service issues are involved.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email support@quantixr.co.za and we will assist you through the process.

Top-ups and additional usage

One-time top-up purchases (additional assessments or Risk Monitor slots) are refundable within the same 14-day window, provided the purchased units have not been consumed.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation on its own is not a refund — to request a refund of a recent charge, follow the steps above.
