Refund Policy

Free trial as your evaluation period
Quantixr (operated by Quantrix Pty Ltd) offers a 30-day free trial on the Professional Plan to new users, allowing you to fully evaluate Quantixr before any payment is collected. During the trial you can explore the platform, submit businesses, generate Risk Intelligence Reports, and determine whether Quantixr meets your needs. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends and no payment will be charged.
Subscription fees
Once your free trial has ended and your subscription renews into a paid plan, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew for the following billing cycle.
Exceptions
If a technical error on our side prevents an assessment from completing and the credit is consumed, we will restore that credit to your account within 5 business days upon request. Contact us at support@quantixr.co.za with your submission ID.
Top-ups and additional usage
One-time top-up purchases (additional assessments) may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the purchased units have not been consumed.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation on its own is not a refund — to request a refund of a recent charge, follow the steps below.
