Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the Quantixr platform ("Service") operated by Quantrix ("Quantixr", "we", "us"). By creating a reviewer account, accessing the Service, or submitting an assessment, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
Quantixr generates structured risk intelligence reports about South African small and medium enterprises based on information submitted by an authorised reviewer. Reports are informational only and do not constitute financial, credit, investment, or legal advice.
3. Reviewer accounts
Reviewer accounts are created by Quantixr administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your contact and organisation information accurate.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to process information you are not authorised to process; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying systems; (c) introduce malware, probe security controls, or attempt unauthorised access; (d) resell or redistribute reports outside your organisation; or (e) use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any person or business.
5. Intellectual property
Quantixr retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including the platform, scoring methodology, models, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your active subscription. Report outputs may be used internally by your organisation for the purpose for which the assessment was requested.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscription fees recur automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, security risk, or repeated misuse. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; historical reports may remain accessible in read-only form for a reasonable period.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantrix's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
